Project Brief
BlueChip Group specialises in the manufacture and supply of exterior architectural products from the structure out. They were faced with the challenge of outgrowing their existing facilities. They came to Akron needing an ambitious design and construction process to bring their vision to life. The goal of the project was to unify operations under a single roof, streamlining processes and operations.

With the client remaining actively involved in the design process, we took their original concept and extended the possibilities of design and functionality. With a large warehouse and office combined into one site, the clients operations were upgraded and elevated. This relationship between Akron and the client ensured the final design was perfectly attuned to the client’s specific requirements.
