Akron is here to ease the stress and complexity of obtaining DA, council approval and CDC process for all our partners. With us as part of your team, you can be sure that every step required to get a Building Permit will be completed with precision and efficiency.
We closely monitor the progress throughout the entire process from start to finish and make sure to keep our partners informed at all times. And once everything is in order, we submit a Certificate of Construction certified by a qualified Building Surveyor on behalf of our partner so they can obtain an Occupancy Permit without delay.
