Project Brief
One School Global, a globally recognised network of private schools, sought to expand its capacity to foster connectivity and equal opportunities for students globally, including those in rural regions. Outgrowing their facility in Cunderdin necessitated a fresh, expansive establishment in Northam to facilitate broader educational offerings and create new staffing opportunities.
Akron was entrusted with steering this project from conception to realisation, overseeing various aspects including shire approvals and infrastructure development.
Akron's Answer
Akron embraced One School Global’s aspiration, crafting a modern, functional educational hub from scratch. The 707m² primary building promises a nurturing environment for students of different ages, fostering community-mindedness through collaborative learning spaces.
Supplementing this, we designed a multifaceted gymnasium, efficiently accommodating sports facilities and a transformable stage area for assemblies and performances, enhancing the school’s community engagement and cultural activities.
Beyond the structures, Akron meticulously curated surrounding amenities like a playground and sports field, encapsulating a dynamic and enriching atmosphere, thus solidifying our commitment to facilitating vibrant educational landscapes.
